Ups ‘n Downs – about
Nobody special…
One of millions on the net, dealing with my own issues…
Married… instant family – stepkids came with the package. A blessing for me, sometimes a real trial. They round out my life. A husband, I dearly love.
Work… Usually working full time, at the same job for many years, loving pretty much every minute of it; currently off for health reasons.
Health… living with Bipolar disorder since I was 13, it is what it is.
Other… still being discovered on a daily basis.
Hi Lucindaherself
Thank you so much for taking the time to drop by my blog and leave me some feedback. Hearing from others that by sharing my own experiences, I may be able to help, is always a big boost.
I am sorry to hear that you don’t have a strong support system. It is hard when people move away or life circumstances change and we lose touch with people. My sincerest wish for you would be that you would be able to establish some connections with people and rebuilt a strong support network.
I understand all too well about how easy it is to feel defeated when the people around you care so much but are unable to help. I struggle with that thought often.
Thank you so much for your willing ear and the wish for peace.

I wish you all the best of luck. Thank you for writing about your feelings in a way that will probably help people understand more than some clinical article will. I know exactly what you’re talking about. I’m going through it now. The hard part for me is that I really have no strong support system to help me out anymore. One thing or another happened in someone’s life, and things got busy, so I lost touch with a lot of people. My family is not supportive. It’s rough, but I honestly think in some ways, it’s harder when the people in your life are wonderful, and they feel like it’s them and try to do all they can, which can make you feel defeated once again. If you ever feel like you need a person who is totally separate from your life to talk to, I’m always happy to listen. I wish you peace.
Hiya Annie…
Glad you’ve taken the time to stop and read. Thanks for your encouragement.

Hi atcrossroads
Thanks for taking the time to stop by, and dropping me a quick line.
I do feel very blessed to have family, friends and colleagues that all care about me. When I lose the heart and the strength and wanna give up, I look at them and they give me the power to keep on going.
